Testing Facility

Western Hydraulics features a fully automated test bench with a capacity of 700 kg/cm², designed to ensure the highest quality and performance standards for our hydraulic cylinders. The test bench performs comprehensive assessments, including forward and backward stroking tests and pressure tests from both ends of the cylinder while the piston is centered. This advanced testing system allows us to rigorously evaluate each cylinder’s functionality and durability before dispatch.

Our testing procedures are thorough and systematic, encompassing function tests, proof pressure tests, and internal bypass tests. This rigorous approach guarantees that every hydraulic cylinder meets our stringent quality criteria and performs reliably in its intended application.
